Purruna Spencer Newton Centre is seeking talented and passionate Yoga Instructors to join their vibrant team to help our community achieve their wellness goals. The facility boasts a boutique-style Pilates studio, with 16 reformer beds and a diverse range of wellness programs to deliver. Complimenting the reformer studio will be a variety of Yoga Matwork programs.
At Purruna Spencer Newton Centre, we are dedicated to offering classes that cater to all levels and backgrounds. As a Yoga Instructor, your role is essential in conducting safe, appropriate, and engaging group classes following format guidelines. By cultivating a connection with participants, you have the opportunity to motivate, educate, and enrich their experience. Through your dedication, we aim to foster a commitment to improved health and well-being, one participant at a time.
**ABOUT THE Y**
YMCA South Australia is a not-for-profit community organisation that has served the South Australian community for more than 170 years. **SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Yoga Certification
- Professional Registration with applicable governing body
- HLTAID009 Perform CPR or equivalent
- Certificate of completion for “Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect” (RRHAN-EC) training
- Proven capability to build strong and positive relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills and highly developed communication skills
