**Home Care Adviser**
- Permanent, Part-time position
- $88k + super + (Pre-tax $15,900 salary packaging NFP) pro rata
- Flexible working arrangements - Home/On the road/Office
- Company car or reimburse KMs
- Five weeks' annual leave pro rata

- RDO option per month (12 extra days off per year)
- South-East Sydney (Sutherland, Bankstown, Liverpool) + Bella Vista Office

**About the Role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate team member to join our business development team. Our Home Care Advisers develop strong business relationships with key referral partners to build a new client pipeline to meet Care Connects targets. The Home Care Adviser needs to be highly skilled in care planning with a key focus on quality client outcomes, that enable our broader team to support our client's long term. Individual must have a personal vehicle that can be used for work related travel in the case that a vehicle is not available - you will be reimbursed for the use of your vehicle

**As Home Care Adviser, you will**:

- Build strong relationships with our prospective clients and enable their care needs and goals to be identified
- Engage in business development and stakeholder management
- Be the first point of contact for our prospective clients and their families or carers
- Collaborate with our broader team to establish care services and establish ongoing relationships with dedicates Care Managers
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, developing a deep knowledge of local partners and potential client base
- Ensure that quality and compliance is maintained and that continuous improvement is also at the forefront

**About You**

To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate:

- Knowledge of the home care sector and confidence in explaining and outlining the levels of packages as well as budget
- Experience in care planning, developing goals with key focus on quality health outcomes
- Superior interpersonal, communication, presentation and positive professional attitude
- Ethical, highly motivated and self-directed professional who can operate within guidelines and achieve ambitious targets
- Competence and confidence in productive networking, relationship development, target marketing to specific channel prospects, and advanced selling skills
- Ability to maintain professional standards whilst building relationships to support people to live independent and fulfilling lives
- A commitment to treat others with respect and uphold privacy and confidentiality of client information
- Proficient level of computer literacy; with experience in the Microsoft Office suite and other systems, with an ability to adapt to new technologies
- Social Work, Nursing degree or a diploma in case management, or 2+ years of experience in the Home Care Sector
- Prior experience in a business development role would be an advantage, but is not essential

- A statutory declaration confirming Australian residency. (An international police check/s may be required for non-residents.)
