**Responsibilities**:
Create a diverse range of handcrafted cocktails, infusing traditional Japanese flavors and modern techniques to delight our guests.

Develop and curate an innovative cocktail menu that complements our exquisite cuisine, showcasing your expertise and flair.

Maintain an extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and sake, providing recommendations and suggestions to enhance the dining experience.

Collaborate with the bar team to ensure smooth and efficient operations, including stock management, inventory control, and equipment maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a bartender in a high-end establishment, with a demonstrated ability to create innovative and visually stunning cocktails.
