The Mark Moran Group is an award winning retirement and aged care provider with three outstanding facilities across Sydney. We are looking for a well organised and proactive Maintenance Officer to work with the business to create a great experience for all stakeholders at our stunning retirement and aged care facility in Vaucluse.

In essence, you will provide assistance at the site in the form of basic maintenance and to coordinate maintenance tasks around the grounds, buildings and residences including minor repairs, installing signage, clearing guttering/downpipes, minor painting, clearing pathways. This also includes changing light globes, small repairs and assemby of furniture, regular testing of out therapy pool and other tasks that you associate the upkeep of a residential complex
