We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant cook - Kitchen with a RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification and Shisha experience to join our team on a part-time basis, working approximately 15 hours per week.
- **Responsibilities**:_
Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently.

Ensure accuracy in orders and handle any special requests or dietary restrictions.

Maintain a clean and organized dining area and bar including setting up and resetting tables.

Use of coffee machine.

Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation.

Uphold liquor licensing regulations, including responsible service of alcohol (RSA).

Prepare and serve shisha to guests, ensuring proper setup and maintenance.

Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- **Requirements**_

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant environment is essential.
Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is required.
Knowledge of liquor licensing and alchohol service
Experience with shisha setup, preparation, and service.
Communication skills and professionalism. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills and money handling skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $47,498.30 - $66,522.70 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Footscray, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
