From our head office (located in South-East Queensland) we coordinate the production and supply of products for several of the largest retailers in the world as well as the design and marketing of our globally recognised brands. **The Role**
- Run your business area with a focus on KPIs and overall business strategy
- Maintaining solid relationships with existing key suppliers and sourcing new overseas suppliers through market research
- Responsible for negotiation of terms and business partnerships
- Working with Product Developers to create ranges that meet internal and external budgets
- Generating sell-through reports (client and internal) and using results to develop future strategies
- Planning and implementation of the assortment and prices
- Maintaining and building rapport with existing clients and developing new professional relationships
- Working closely with client purchasing managers to develop strategies to maximise in-store sell through.
- Attending local and international showrooms
- Trend Forecasting

**About you..**
- Proven experience in a fast-paced environment with a large SKU count
- An acute eye for current and future trends
- Strong communication and negotiating skills
- Commercial analytical/reporting and numeracy skills
- High motivation, independence and resilience
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge
- Confident and have the ability to operate well under pressure.
- 5+ years experience in a similar role

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
