FOH Barista & All-rounder

**About the Role**:
Baking 101 in Stanmore is on the lookout for a friendly and reliable Front of House Barista & All-Rounder to join our small, passionate team. In this role, you’ll be greeting customers, making coffees, taking orders, and packing up our beautiful baked goods. We’re looking for someone who brings good energy, works well under pressure, and genuinely enjoys delivering great service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
- Take customer orders in a warm, professional manner
- Pack baked goods for takeaway and pre-orders
- Keep the front of house clean, tidy, and well-stocked
- Handle payments and operate the POS system
- Support the team during busy service times

**About You**:

- Barista experience is a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right person
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
- Great multitasking skills and a clear communicator
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Available for early mornings and weekend shifts
- A genuine love for good coffee and fresh baked goods is a must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Apprenticeship
