**About Us**:
The Tahmoor Inn is a vibrant hospitality venue, providing outstanding customer service and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. We're currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused **Courtesy** **Bus Driver** to join our team and ensure the safe, efficient, and professional transportation of our patrons.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Safe Operation**: Drive the bus safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- **License Maintenance**: Hold and maintain a valid NSW Driver’s License. Note: If your license expires, is suspended, or disqualified, you will not be able to perform the duties of this role.
- **Passenger Assistance**: Help passengers board and disembark safely, ensuring their comfort throughout the journey.
- **Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional service by addressing passenger inquiries courteously and escalating concerns to management when needed.
- **Route Management**: Familiarise yourself with designated routes, stops, and schedules to ensure punctual service.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols, such as the use of seatbelts and emergency procedures.
- **Vehicle Inspections**: Conduct pre
- and post-trip inspections to identify and report maintenance or safety issues.
- **Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean and tidy bus, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
- **Emergency Preparedness**: Be equipped to handle emergencies such as accidents or medical incidents, ensuring passenger safety.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate documentation, including passenger counts and safety check logs.
- **Bar Duties** (as needed): Assist with maintaining cleanliness in public areas by collecting and returning dishes, wiping surfaces, and emptying bins.

**Qualifications**

**Essential**:

- Valid Full NSW Driver’s License.
- Clean driving record with no history of accidents or violations.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and excellent driving skills.
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
- Physical fitness to assist passengers if necessary.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.

**Preferred**:

- Previous experience as a bus driver.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- A Police Check conducted within the last 3 years.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.00 - $44.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
