Location: On-site at our beauty salon (one day per week, with potential to increase)

We are looking for a creative and results-driven TikTok & Social Media Content Creator to help grow our brand presence and drive real bookings through engaging video content. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and bring our services — including eyelash extensions, facials, spray tanning, brow waxing, and lash lifts — to life on social media.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit the salon one day per week to film, edit, and produce high-quality TikTok content and short-form videos.
- Develop and implement a TikTok strategy that aligns with our brand voice and business goals.
- Regularly post and manage TikTok content to engage and grow our audience.
- Monitor trends to ensure content stays fresh, relevant, and creative.
- Provide a monthly performance report, including insights on engagement, reach, and most importantly, proven increase in salon bookings.
- Collaborate with the team to plan content around promotions, new services, or seasonal campaigns.

Highly Regarded Skills (Not Essential but Preferred):

- Experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- Familiarity with e-commerce content strategies and paid social media campaigns.

KPIs & Performance:

- Growth in TikTok followers and engagement.
- Tangible increase in salon bookings and appointments directly driven by social media content.
- Consistent, on-brand, and visually appealing content creation.

About You:

- Proven track record of growing a business or brand through TikTok and short-form video content.
- Strong aesthetic sense, ideally with knowledge or genuine interest in the beauty industry (lashes, brows, tanning, facials, etc.).
- Confident in both filming and editing engaging, high-quality videos.
- Ability to work independently while aligning with our brand goals and standards.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
