Shed Builder

**About the Roles**:
1. Experienced Shed Builder (Full-Time)
- **Salary**: From $65,000 - $80,000 + Super + Overtime (depending on experience)
- **Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to assemble sheds and outdoor structures
- Ensure work meets safety standards and company quality guidelines
- Collaborate with the team to deliver projects on time and to customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as required

2. Labourer (Full-Time)
- **Salary**: Dependent on experience, plus Super and Overtime
- **Responsibilities**:

- Support the Shed Builder in various aspects of construction
- Handle basic on-site tasks such as loading, unloading, and preparing materials
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently (training provided if required)
- Help maintain a tidy worksite and adhere to all safety standards
- Assist in completing projects on schedule and to a high standard

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Shed Builder**:

- Proven experience in shed building or a similar construction role
- Ability to read blueprints and use hand/power tools with proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Works well both independently and in a team setting
- Positive attitude and a willingness to mentor others
- **Labourer**:

- Some construction or manual labour experience is preferred (but not essential)
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to handle physical tasks and work outdoors in various conditions
- Enthusiasm, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
