**About the Role**:
As a Permanent Part-Time Sales Team Member, you'll drive store success through outstanding customer service and a passion for selling. You'll be responsible for maximizing sales, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting daily operations while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

**ROSTER**

This role offers permanent fixed shifts on a rotating roster, providing stability while offering the flexibility to balance your personal and professional life.

**Week 1 -**Sunday 9:45am - 3:15pm | Monday 9am - 5:30pm | Tuesday 11am - 3pm | Thursday 9am - 3pm (23hrs)
**Week 2 -**Wednesday 11am - 3pm | Friday 12pm - 3:30pm | Saturday 9am - 5pm (14.5hrs)

**As a Sales Team Member, your role involves**:

- Drive sales by achieving daily and team sales targets through effective customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and fitting room assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain and replenish stock efficiently to ensure a well-stocked, visually appealing store.
- Support with visual merchandising and layout changes to uphold store presentation standards.
