**About Us**:
The Melbourne Assessment Prison (MAP) is a maximum-security correctional facility located on the fringe of the Melbourne CBD. The Prison is the State's main reception prison, receiving prisoners directly from the Courts and Police and provides assessment and orientation services for all male prisoners received into the prison system. The MAP also operates the Melbourne County Court, Supreme Court and Supreme Court Appeals custody facilities, located on the corners of William and Lonsdale Streets in the CBD.

**About the Role**:
The Training Support Officer will assist with the coordination of learning and development services and administration of staff performance, planning and assessment.

**Some of your key duties will include**:

- Under supervision from the Workforce Development Supervisor, coordinating facilitators and staff for training programs including staff orientation and lock down training as well as maintaining existing databases of training participation and completion
- Coordinating training logistics such as catering, room bookings and venue set up
- Maintaining a database of training participation, completion and future needs

This includes evidence of three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine required by the department (from time to time).

Other documentation outside the above will not be accepted as evidence of having received your COVID-19 vaccine doses.
