A business with a family owned like environment with access to mentoring from the Hotel Manager **Responsibilities** Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you’ll be part of a small team of genuine people, looking to create lasting memories and exceptional experiences for each and every guest. - Maintain common areas to brand standards - Guest room in-stay & departure cleans to a high standard - Ensure that the efficiency and quality of cleans meet hotel benchmarks - Provide feedback on hotel common area condition to the Housekeeping Manager or Hotel Manager, particularly in terms of areas that require deep clean, repairs or replacement to maintain hotel standards **Benefits** You'll be someone looking for a long-term career with a growing, Australian-owned hotel group. The successful person must have: - Approved Australian working rights (Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or a Visa with approved working rights) - Attention to detail, organisational skills and high standards of cleanliness - Flexibility to work at least 3 shifts a week (primarily morning / day shifts) - Ability to work as a team & also independently
