An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced HR Advisor to join National HR Team in Moorebank on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager - Operations, this role will provide trusted HR advice and support to our operational managers and employees in wide variety of areas as outlined below.

**Responsibilities, knowledge, and initiatives will include**:

- Clarify/interpret conditions of employment and applicable industrial instruments including Enterprise Agreements and Modern Awards to employees and people leaders.
- Advise Branch management on appropriate operational action in relations to grievances and dispute resolution in accordance with TMHA policy and procedures.
- Support allocated branches with the full cycle of recruitment and other talent related activities
- In conjunction with HR Manager - Operations, recognise, recommend, and support branches with learning and development activities aligned with TMHA strategy.
- Assist and Support HR Projects
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring in relations to leadership and management of staff.
- Advise Branch management on appropriate strategies or action required to deal effectively with recruitment, staff performance, conduct or disciplinary matters issues that may arise.

**Skills and experience**:

- Tertiary education in HR or Industrial Relations
- Strong HR Generalist experience preferably in manufacturing, logistics or similar industrial environment
- High level of knowledge with Industrial relations and proven experience in providing advice and support in this area.
- Proven experience with talent acquisition
- Proven abilities in developing and maintaining relationships with key and senior stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to time manage and set clear priorities
