Key Contract Management has a multi-award winning landscape client specialising in commercial and residential construction, maintenance, and residential lot packages.

We are currently seeking experienced landscapers and gardeners for prestigious projects based all across in Melbourne. The role will initially be a 6 month contract with full time hours.

Minimum selection criteria
- 6-12 months relevant landscape labouring experience
- Experience utilizing power tools such as hedge trimmers and blowers.
- Obtains a current valid White Card & Drivers Licence (Manual Licence Preferred).
- Great attention to detail.
- Relevant qualification preferred but not essential.
- Strong Commitment to safe work practices
- Capacity to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to effectively lead and promote a team culture
- High level of personal work standards
- Ability to maintain relationships with clients, management, and team members

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintenance of turfs/gardens (mowing, pruning, mulching and fertilizing).
- Planting trees, hedges, bushes and flowers.
- Build and renovate stone pathways, patios and ledges.
- Uphold the landscaping design by delivering a high-quality end product to exceed client's expectations.
- Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.
