Delivering information, referrals and casework services to international students
**Your new company**
This State Government organisation supports students living and studying in Victoria. They currently have a position vacant for an experienced Caseworker to join the team on a temporary basis, full time for 6 months.
**Your new role**
Reporting to the Senior Caseworker, you will work in a tight-knit team of Caseworkers where you will be delivering information, referrals and casework services to international students. Using your strong casework knowledge and experience, you will be responsible for:
- Provide intake and assessment, case planning and referrals.
- Maintain case notes and files to a high standard.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of events.
- Participate in a low demand out of hours phone roster.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You're an experienced Caseworker who is empathetic, responsive and flexible. You also have the following:
- A tertiary degree in Social Work or related field.
- Demonstrated experience providing intake, assessment and case planning.
- You're an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid working permit or visa.
