**Responsibilities**:

- Work full-time in the office, 5 days a week
- Answer customer inquiries about travel bookings
- Assist clients with booking procedures
- Organize and manage travel itineraries
- Maintain and update trip details
- Discover and recommend exciting and reliable travel options to clients

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A passion for travel with a detail-oriented and responsible attitude
- Australian citizenship or PR preferred
- Ability to learn and operate computer systems
- Proficient in using communication apps like Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Line, WhatsApp, etc.
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
