**Our team**

We are an 18-strong marketing team made up of marketing and project specialists, social media and content, media, internal communications, coordinators and designers.

We are a large yet agile international team, on any given day we could be working closely with any of our six state/country corporate teams, liaising with any of our 1000+ franchisees and their agents or working with our senior leadership team to bring to life new product launches, campaigns or tech initiatives to keep Ray White at the forefront of the industry.

We’re a close-knit team with a great culture of rolling up our sleeves and getting things done.

**The role in a nutshell**

We are seeking a versatile and creative, full-time Video Editor to join our marketing team based in Sydney. This person will work closely with the Social Media and Content Manager and the Videographer | Editor and Content Producer to create compelling video content, assisting in storyboarding, producing and editing in post.

This is a new role for the Ray White Group and a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a newly established department and contribute to the growth of our group.

You will be responsible for editing (in collaboration with the videographer), designing and full post-production of videos that will engage our internal and external audiences for multiple channels. You will work with the team to identify the best way to share the information with network members and customers.

This role demands a high-energy, professional, bursting with talent. Based in our newly renovated Sydney office, you’ll be working with a dynamic team of like-minded individuals who innovate on a daily basis and know how to have fun.

This role will sit in the Marketing team, working closely with the Social Media and Content Manager, Videographer, Communications Manager, Design Manager and Brand Manager. In addition, the role will work closely with the media and economics teams who operate on a roster system to ensure we can provide more coverage in the 24/7 news cycle. You may be required to work outside of standard hours, including a Saturday (one weekday off to substitute).
