Job Title: Retail Store Team Leader, Online Enquiries Specialist & Integrator (Monday to Friday)

About the Role:
As our Retail Store Team Leader, Online Enquiries Specialist & Integrator, you'll be the face of Cams Cords in our brand new retail store and play a crucial role in implementing EOS practices to drive our business forward. You'll lead our retail team, ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, handle online enquiries for questions and quotes, and facilitate communication between all departments. Your positive attitude, organisational skills, and dedication to excellence will be key in making our store a huge success This is a Monday to Friday role, offering a great work-life balance.

In this role, you'll also have the opportunity to leverage your past experience and implement strategies that drive profit, ensuring the long-term success and growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate and manage our retail team to ensure a high level of customer service
- Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, stock control, and store presentation
- Handle online customer enquiries for product questions and quotes, providing accurate and timely information
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales, customer satisfaction, and profit
- Implement and maintain Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) practices within the organization to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product range, including ropes, cords, and accessories
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in a related industry
- Experience implementing and maintaining EOS practices within an organization
- Proven track record of driving profit through the implementation of effective strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer systems and online platforms for customer enquiries and order management
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping customers
- Flexible to work weekends and public holidays, as required
