**Permanent role**:

- **Work across the insurance value chain to develop new and manage existing external partner relationships to deliver unique and differentiated events, services, and experiences for Shannons customers and motoring enthusiasts**

Working across the event and strategy team to develop event partnership collaborations and opportunities with external organisations to deepen connection with the motoring industry and uncover potential new opportunities to be explored across the insurance value chain.

Responsible for working with the Shannons virtual brand team in creation and management of external relationships to deliver unique and differentiated events, services and experiences for Shannons customers, aligned with the Shannons brand plan.

**What you’ll do**:

- Key liaison and relationship manager between Shannons and external partners supporting growth of business adjacencies
- Build and deliver roadmap to connect business adjacencies to event specific activity within brand strategy
- Distribution partner for non-core business and customer centric adjacencies
- Develop and work with marketing and portfolio to deliver event partnership strategy
- Contribute to the delivery of the Events & Strategy Programs of Work, executing best in class community and corporate partnership activity to maximise ROI
- Drive strong working relationships with marketing, internal stakeholders and agency partners.

**What you’ll bring**:

- 5+ years’ experience in partnership and external relations management
- Dealing with senior executives and managing relationships
- Proven experience managing strategy and tactics including across media channels
- Experience managing campaigns, partnerships and branded integration
- Proven record of leadership and achievement within a complex business environment
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders across a wide variety of workstreams simultaneously.
