Electrical Service Technician

We are looking for a Service Technician to join our team based in Campbelltown. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, training, and technical support to our valued customers.
You will also be responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining, and repairing a variety of equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone
- Train customers on how to use our equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Install, commission, and maintain equipment
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology
- Represent the company in a professional manner

**Key Requirements**:

- Trade qualifications as an Electrical Fitter-Mechanic
- Prior experience with food machinery
- Strong customer service skills
- Prior experience in servicing and maintenance of complex equipment
- PC skills including knowledge of small-board computing and operational knowledge of LAN & WAN infrastructure
- Able to read from electrical schematics with exposure to PLC programming and instrumentation
- PLC experience
- Demonstrate ability to use common Windows programs and knowledge of basic PC
- Current Forklift Licence and willingness to acquire this licence
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel

**Salary**: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
