Position Title: First Nations Lead
Classification: HS5
Salary per hour (exc. super): $46.99
Hours per fortnight: 45.6
Employment Status: Fixed Term Part Time

**Role Description**

The First Nations Lead will be supporting First Nations initiatives overseen by the LMHN Board and will be supporting the progress of Reconciliation/Anti-Racism work and the continual improvement of the LMHN River Journey of Reconciliation grounded in results-based Accountability.

This role works in partnership with the LMHN First Nations Strategic & Partnerships Lead to design, plan, implement, and evaluate the LMHN River Journey of Reconciliation. This plan works towards improving cultural safety within the LMHN, and is grounded in results-based accountability through embedding the 4 Streams.
