**About the role**

As our Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning environment for our children while fostering a supportive and engaging workplace culture.

We are looking for a strong leader with experience in a similar setting. You must demonstrate a proven ability to use your communication skills to persuade, engage, inspire, and motivate a team of passionate Educators to deliver optimal learning outcomes for the families being served.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards such as the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework.
- Cultivating strong community relationships to enrich the experiences of our children and families.
- Upholding and enhancing our centre's A&R rating.
- Empowering and mentoring our team of educators to deliver best practices.
- Maintaining the impeccable presentation of our centre's indoor and outdoor spaces.
- Efficiently managing rosters and attendance.
- Establishing and nurturing positive relationships with all families.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations in alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Providing leadership, support, and guidance to staff and students.
- Fostering a cohesive and positive work environment.

**The non-negotiables**
- Diploma in Child Services (or higher)
- Minimum of 2 years continuous experience in a senior leadership role in a long daycare setting (not negotiable)
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
- Inherently responsible and dedicated to providing a safe and positive environment for children and staff
- Willingness to continue professional development and contribute to ongoing learning
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with families and the wider community
- Strong organizational and time management skills
