**About Us**: At our store, we are committed to providing high-quality products and outstanding service to our community. We are looking for a dedicated Retail Supermarket Manager/Supervisor too join our team and help create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment.
- Stock shelves, display products, and ensure proper rotation of merchandise.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing deliveries.
- Operate cash registers and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure product prices are correctly displayed and updated.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers when needed.
- Monitor and manage the cleanliness of all areas, including aisles, bathrooms, and stockrooms.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales and performance goals.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for operating cash registers and handling transactions.
- Ability to lift up to quite heave and stand for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $48,761.59 - $80,874.62 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 2 years (required)
- Retail management: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Fluent english (preferred)
