Since 1911, National Pharmacies has been caring for the community providing access and value for our members in the dispensing of quality medications, optical and beauty ranges and the provision of health services. With our roots firmly planted in South Australia we have expanded into the eastern states of Australia and celebrate over 260,000 members across our 46 community pharmacies and 20 optical outlets.

We give back to the communities in which we operate through a number of sponsorship and support programs. We are the faces behind the National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant, where we get to walk arm in arm with our valued members; support junior sport programs with our involvement with the National Pharmacies SANFL juniors and a number of local sports sponsorships; support KickStart for Kids with various fundraising drives, and most recently the 20/20 project providing free glasses for members children aged 12 years and under.

**About The Role...**

We have an opportunity for a customer focused and self motivated Beauty Consultant to join our team at Williamstown working with the Lancome brand.

You will be a sales focused individual with a commitment to building a solid client base through customer satisfaction and a proven record or meeting and exceeding sales targets.

**In this role, you will**:

- provide friendly and professional customer service and advice on a range of health and beauty products.
- suggest products that meet customers needs and close the sale
- explain how products work & demonstrating how to use products
- have a proven record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- keep up to date with the latest innovations in beauty
- have a commitment to building a solid client base
- be committed to attending regular training
- be able to operate a cash register & EFTPOS Facilities.
- ensure displays are merchandised appropriately

**What Are We Looking For?**

You must have previous extensive experience as a Beauty Consultant. Your demonstrable success with sales, promotions and events will see you succeed in the role.

**Experience, skills & attributes**:

- previous experience as a Beauty Consultant
- outstanding customer service skills
- sales, demonstration and up selling experience
- industry knowledge
- brand knowledge.
- cash handling & EFTPOS experience
- excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours
- willingness to supply or undergo a police check prior to commencement
