**As Residence Manager, you will**:

- Oversee operations to ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (ACQSC) and other regulatory frameworks.
- Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams
- Manage Human Resources and Financial Management initiatives to achieve exceptional outcomes for the Home.
- Play a pivotal role in the re-accreditation process and assessment visits.

**What You Bring to the Role**:

- Be a Registered Nurse with APRHA registration.
- Have relevant business qualifications (or working towards them).
- Comprehensive understanding of the Aged Care Act 1997 and its principles.
- A strong track record in engaging, recognising and rewarding your team.
- A passion for aged care, coupled with adaptability to the sector’s evolving demands.

This role reports to the Regional Operations Manager - VIC and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents and the broader community.
