**About the role**

Serve genuine quality Italian food and knowledge of Italian wines and dining culture. Mainly weekends, 3 to 4 nights from 530pm available. Help our lovely patrons get a genuine Italian dining experience.

**Skills and experience**

**18 years old as a minimum.**

Ability to work under pressure and deliver great customer service. Understanding of Italian culture is imperative for this role. Good clear English in speaking and comprehension is a must. Must have current RSA and be over 18.

You must have experience working in a full service restaurant. Three plate cary, ability to make drinks and provide proper table service
