**The opportunity**
If you are an enthusiastic, engaging leader who enjoys working in fast paced hospitality concepts then you could be the perfect fit for one of our partners.
Our client isn't a typical dine in restaurant, they are fast and efficient, pack a healthy punch of a menu, and their concept ticks the box for all groups and occasions.
Open 7 days a week across lunch and dinner, this place will cater to hundreds on a daily basis due to popular demand in the Ballarat region.
The role is very much a customer facing position, one that requires a motivated and customer centric leader that loves providing excellent service for every guest that walks through the door.
Company culture is key for this group so when they go about recruitment themselves they are looking for a talented operator as well as a person that naturally meets all of their own values
This role is suited to a Supervisor looking to take their first step up into a Store Manager level.
**What you'll get in return**

- The roster - _don't worry, this is not a typical Wednesday to Sunday gig resulting in limited social life. Instead you will create a roster that works for you, the team, and the business_

- Experience at a Supervisor level within the hospitality and/or retail sector is essential
- Well presented, naturally positive person, and a real go getter
- You are competitive, driven and most importantly.. a team player
- Confident managing day to day operations and troubleshooting all the challenges that come with it - service issues, customer complaints and enquiries, staffing solutions, OHS & Food safety compliance
- Will to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures, and hungry to achieve excellence
