Site Supervisor (C2)

We are an international facilities management organisation looking for an experienced Site Supervisor for Westfield Whitfords.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain a professional relationship with all Stakeholders, including Client and other contractors.
- Ensure cleaning levels are maintained and achieved.
- Managing daily schedules, achieving completion targets within allocated timeframes
- Actioning maintenance requests/issues and responding to ad-hoc cleaning requests completed in a timely manner, where required.
- Maintain appropriate storage and safe use of chemicals.
- Ensure adequate supplies of cleaning materials/consumables levels are available.
- Assist C1 as directed.
- Operation of site in place of C1, when C1 is off duty.
- Workdays are Wednesday to Sunday.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous experience of leading a small-medium cleaning team
and supervisory experience
- Experience of Operating Machine
- Must have Stripping and Sealing experience
- Must have experience in retail cleaning
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of chemical use and PPE
- The full rights to work in Australia
- The ability to pass an Australian National Police Clearance
