Young Guns Container Crew is currently recruiting people that are willing to chase their #bestversion.

We are searching for applicants that want consistent, ongoing work, have their own transport and are keen to do some physical work within a team environment.

The role involves unloading shipping containers containing various product types and weights and also includes sorting, labelling and wrapping pallets. The more productive you work as a team, the more you get paid.

**Key assets to bring to the role**:

- Bring your 'A' game: Coachable attitude and tackle challenges head on.
- No Surprises: Reliable transport and be punctual.
- Own it: Have a safety focus and keep our customers goals front of mind.
- Run the code: Look after yourself and team mates.

**Forklift license desirable**
Young Guns will provide a forklift license after 25 shift at our expense if desired.
