Rarely does such an exciting opportunity become available for a talented and team focussed Legal Assistant to become an integral member of the Corporate Law team in this leading Global Law Firm.

Supporting a Partner and their team you’ll enjoy being involved in interesting matters as well as the opportunity to use initiative and take on additional responsibilities.

**Some of your tasks will include;**
- coordinate meetings and schedule appointments
- organise travel arrangements
- prepare various documents and general correspondence
- open and close files
- liaise with clients
- monthly billing and expenses
- other general administrative tasks

**Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role together with;**
- proficient MS Office skills
- strong attention to detail
- ability to multi-task and prioritise
- a flexible, positive and pro-active team approach
- excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to liaise comfortably at all levels
