Artisan Baker

**All of our bread is made on-site and baked in our brick wood-fire oven daily. Specialising in Sourdoughs, we also offer a wide range of artisan bakery products and are constantly evolving.**

**We are searching for the right person to grow with us and become part of the Paddock Bakery family.**

We are looking for a Baker that has a minimum of 3 years experience as well as:

- Preferably trained in Artisan Bread, Sourdough, Wood-Fire ovens & other hand made bakery goods.
- Has the ability to work efficiently in a high volume environment.
- Knowledgeable & willing to learn the Paddock Bakery way
- Passionate about all things bread
- Creative
- Reliable
- Organised and hardworking
- Positive

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Morning shift
- Public holidays

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burleigh Heads, QLD 4220: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- BAKER: 3 years (required)
