Our client is a leading, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company that is succeeding in renewed growth and investment as a domestically and internationally recognised global leader in its sector. Possessing a range of widely loved brands this business has continued its strong growth across all regions, including a number of well-known acquisitions.

We are looking for an energetic and driven Data Management leader to support the organisation’s data landscape and integrity of critical data. You will be responsible for uplifting enterprise-wide data management capabilities, whilst working alongside the data director.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Establishing data quality and data governance across the critical data domains
- Collaborating with IT to establish best practices and standards in reporting and data analytics
- Workshops on data management processes, data integration, and lineage.
- Managing data quality functions including data profiling and standardisation.
- Overall improving the business and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- 5-10 years in Data Governance and Data Quality
- Enterprise Data Management Frameworks & best practices
- Good reporting and analytical tools experience (PowerBI & Alteryx)
- Strong leadership, cross-functional relationships, and stakeholder management.
