Based in Wacol, our client is seeking Production Workers for an immediate start.

Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of chemical products for the building industry, including waterproofing products, admixtures for concrete and repair products, decorative and protective exterior coatings, mortars, grouts, adhesives and sealants. Our client is seeking Production Workers that will focus on assisting in various production areas to ensure quality production operations.

**Role/s specifications**:
MUST be clean shaven due to safety requirement of dusk masks

Forklift ticket is required to be considered for any production roles (Hi reach experience highly desirable)

Shift work - Days, Afternoons and Nights (whilst preference will be considered, flexibility will be required due to production needs)

**Current shifts**: 0500 - 1500 hours (Day shift) and 1445 - 0045 hours (Afternoon shift)

**Future times for shifts**: 0600 - 1430 hours (Days), 1400 - 2230 hours (Afternoons) and 2200 - 0630 hours (Nights)

**PPE required**: Cotton drill long sleeve hi vis shirt, cotton drill long work pants and steel cap boots

$30.31 ++++ per hour pending shift and OT

The environment is HOT and DUSTY

Driver’s license and car is preferred as public transport is limited in the area

Physically fit and strong - ability to move large volumes (lifting and mechanical aids will assist)

**Duties**:
As a Production Worker; your role will be varied from production and forklift duties, machine operation, batching, compounding, pre-weighing, material maintenance and general labouring duties.

Operate, monitor and troubleshoot production equipment; automatic and manual machines as well as hand tools

Prepare, blend, batch and package ingredients

Maintain accurate written and electronic records

Transfer raw materials and finished products throughout the facility

Use of computer and manual measuring devices - scales, pumps, hand scoops, buckets, bags, sacks

Operate warehouse equipment - Forklifts and EPJ’s

You must have valid working rights within Australia to be considered for this role.
