**Job Description**:
Be the face of the hotel, the key point of contact for guests arriving and departing the hotel, liaising with guests and ensuring an exceptional level of luxury experience for our guests at all times Create the Magnifique Moments that last

As a Porter, your passion for the property, and your respect for our guests’ belongings will ensure that our guests feel welcome as soon as they arrive.

What you will be doing:

- Engage with our guests on check in, check out and during their stay through reception and concierge duties
- Assist in providing recommendations and information about Brisbane and its surrounds to our guests
- Interact with different departments on a daily basis to ensure that our guests have a seamless experience
- Provide exceptional service and product knowledge to a proactively upsell hotel products and services

**Qualifications**:
What we are looking for:

- A true desire to work, grow and develop in the guest facing operations of a luxury city hotel
- An enthusiastic approach, excellent attention to detail and superior customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
- Friendly personality paired with professionalism and a high standard of personal presentation
- Open Manual Driver’s license
- Ability to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends
