Travel Consultant/Travel Planner

**Job Description**:

- Assist with remote/ online operations
- Flexible time for work (Only 4- h/Day)
- No work experience required

Salary : CA$ 250 - CA$ 350 Per Day

From 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, SALARY INCREASE FROM 20% -35% AFTER WORKING FOR 3 MONTHS
- Basic English level is required
- Must 20 years old and above
- Must have a local bank account to receive salary

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and update organizational systems, including filing and record-keeping
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
- Provide general office support, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Type and proofread documents as needed
- Manage and update the Outlook Calendar for scheduling appointments and meetings
- Perform various administrative tasks as assigned

**Skills**:

- Proficient in using phone systems to handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate person or department
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain files, records, and office supplies
- Familiarity with front desk operations, including greeting visitors and providing assistance
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment, such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Strong file management skills to organize documents both physically and digitally
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook Calendar for scheduling appointments and meetings
- General administrative skills to handle various tasks in a professional manner
