We are looking for an experience SIAM Lead that will be based in our Wellington office.
**So far so good? What we're looking for from you is**:
- 10 + years working and leading in an ITIL environment
- Multi ITIL disciplined, and experienced.
- 3 + years working and leading in SIAM environment, with 3 or more vendors
- Strong experience with contracts and managing vendors to contracts.
- Strong experience managing vendors and working with all levels of management
- A leader in continuous service improvement programs.
- Understand complex technologies
- Administration level experience with SNOW or similar tools
- Strong people management skills
