**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience on a variety of machines and a solid understanding of civil works (stormwater, trenching, earthworks, etc.)
- Around 3-5 years Dozer operating experience — if you’ve got final trim or GPS skills (Topcon is a bonus), even better
- Reliable, on time, and confident working both solo and with the team
- Current driver’s licence and White Card
- Someone with a can-do attitude and not afraid to get involved when it counts
