Front Cashier

**Job Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic Cashier to join our team in providing excellent customer service and efficient checkout experiences.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions with customers
- Scan goods and collect payments
- Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
- Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area
- Keep reports of transactions
- Upsell products and services
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information

**Skills**
- Proficient in basic maths for cash handling
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to upsell products effectively
- Strong time management skills
- Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Sales skills to promote products and services
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Phone etiquette for professional customer interactions
