We’re proud to announce our newest store in Tuggerah, located in the HomeCo Shopping Centre - a vibrant, high-traffic retail destination in the heart of the Central Coast.

**Employment Type** - Permanent part-time

**Roster**- 3 positions available

**Role 1**: 14 Hours

Tuesday: 11:00am-4:00pm

Wednesday: 12:45pm-5:45pm

Sunday: 9:45am-5:15pm

**Role 2**: 14.5 Hours

Wednesday: 8:30am-1:30pm

Friday: 12:30pm-5:00pm

Saturday: 12;00pm-5:00pm

**Role 3**: 12.5 Hours

Wednesday: 10:00am-2:00pm

Thursday: 9:30am-2:00pm

Sunday: 12:0pm-4:40pm

**About the Role**

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, fostering a positive shopping experience, and supporting new and expectant parents on their journey. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and thrives in a dynamic retail environment.

**Here’s what you’ll be doing**:
**Customer Engagement**- Connect with and understand the needs of new and expectant parents, providing personalised assistance and product recommendations.

**Product Demonstration** - Guide customers through product features and benefits, ensuring they make informed choices.

**Stock Management**- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the store is well-presented and organised.

**About You**

You’re a proactive and approachable individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You have a genuine passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service.

**What you bring to the team**:
Prior Customer Service Experience.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

High Standards in customer service and store presentation.

Proficient in calming irate customers and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.

Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 15kgs between floor and shoulder, 10kgs above shoulder height. Ability to wear a headset to communicate with the team on the shop floor. Stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.

**Recruitment Process**
- ** Video Interview** - If your profile is a match, you’ll be invited to complete a short online video interview.
- ** Assessment Centre** - Successful applicants will be invited to attend an assessment centre on either **23 or 24 September 2025** (location to be confirmed).
- ** Pre-Employment Checks** - If successful, we will begin pre-employment checks.
- ** Offer & Contract** - Once checks are complete and satisfactory, we’ll issue your employment contract.
- ** Start Date -**Employment to commence 3-4 weeks before (depending on position) the grand opening.
- ** Grand Opening** - The store officially opens on **20 December 2025**
