Smokemart & GiftBox is on the hunt for passionate, high-energy retail leaders to fill our Store Manager position. This opportunity is suitable for a professional individual looking to advance their retail experience within an iconic brand. Smokemart & GiftBox have been operating in Australia for over 30 years and remain as the leading tobacconist and giftware company in the country, now with three unique brands. Smokemart is the largest privately-owned tobacconist in the world and is the go-to destination for all things tobacco and smoking accessories. Alongside this exists GiftBox, a nation-leading variety retailer, recognized as the destination for novelty gifts, hilarious games, barware and much more. Vape Square is Australia’s largest vape retailer with an unrivalled range of juices, kits and accessories. We currently operate over 250 stores nationally (and counting), you can most likely find one of our stores in your local area or shopping Centre

Forming part of the management team, the successful applicant will require the confidence and experience to lead by example and strive to obtain set targets. You will be responsible for upholding store standards and achieving sales targets, whilst creating a happy and positive work life and environment for you and your team. With an important focus on store standards, merchandising and sales, there will be a strong requirement for the successful applicant to ensure the company's policies and procedures are fully adhered to, whilst embracing our core values by having fun not only with our customers but with your team, too

**_ Key Responsibilities:_**
- Achieve set sales targets
- Stock control, sales and quality management
- Strong customer service focus
- Compliance and safety management
- Staff coaching and development
- Effective display of our fun, unique and novel giftware products
- Vape product knowledge is desirable but not essential

**_The successful applicants will also have _**
- A passion for leading and coaching others
- Proven ability to manage and lead within a fast-paced environment
- A happy, friendly and energetic personality
- A desire to deliver high quality customer service
- Visual Merchandising flair
- Be over 18 years of age

**A valid Police Check Report is required and to be presented during interview process.
