About You:
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration is a MUST
- Current Australian Driver’s License and vehicle
- Five Star Customer Service Experience
- Impeccable Presentation
- Responsible & Reliable
- Excellent Time Management
- Work well under pressure
- Be available every Saturday
- Must live on the Northern Beaches & understand our Market
About The Role:
- Conduct open for inspections
- Organise Directional(s)
- Organise Keys
- Liaise with current tenants to organise suitable times for inspections
- Assisting with advertising and marketing of properties
- Book and carry out Routine Inspections for your pod
- Be proficient on Microsoft Office & Inspection Software
- Arrange for sign to be erected and removed
- Send Approval and bond instructions to tenants.
- Must live locally and have strong knowledge of the Northern Beaches
