Our New Generation Rollingstock (NGR) fleet is a critical part of our operations, and we’re looking for a dedicated **NGR Performance Systems Coordinator** to assist in tracking fleet performance.

**Your Opportunity**:
In this role, you will:
**Maintain performance reporting systems** - Ensure accurate data collection, visualisation, and reporting to support business decisions.**Distribute a variety of reports**- Ensure reports run efficiently and are distributed to stakeholders in accordance with contractual requirements.**Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders** - Work closely with operations teams, and maintenance providers to enhance fleet availability and reliability.**Monitor and analyse NGR fleet performance** - Track key performance indicators (KPIs), assess data trends, and identify improvement opportunities.**Ensure compliance with operational and safety standards** - Align performance initiatives with safety regulations and industry best practices.
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that our NGR fleet operates at peak efficiency while meeting our safety and reliability goals.
**This Role Will Be Ideal for People Who**:
- Have experience in **performance monitoring, data analytics, or asset management**, preferably in rail, transport, or heavy industry.- Are proficient in **data management and reporting tools** such as Excel, Power BI, or similar software.- Possess strong **problem-solving and analytical skills**, with the ability to interpret complex technical data.- Have excellent **communication and collaboration skills**, capable of working across teams and engaging with stakeholders.- Thrive in a **fast-paced, safety-focused environment**, where attention to detail and compliance are essential.- Are eager to contribute to **continuous improvement** initiatives and drive positive change within Queensland Rail.
