At Lyka, we're on a mission to change that, starting with nutritionally balanced, wholefood meals, delivered direct to homes around Australia. Today, we are proud to share we’ve served and fed over 10 million meals to puppers and their parents across Australia, and this is just the beginning. Our vision is to create multiple nutritional products, to add disease prevention meals and supplements, and to take Lyka into new markets.

**The Role**:
Lyka is hiring a Junior Creative to support the creative marketing team in driving original solutions that successfully increase brand awareness and conversion through our digital channels. Working in a team of creative copywriters, producers, and marketers, you’ll have the chance to work across key product launches, campaigns, and advertising projects to increase brand awareness and establish Lyka as the leading pet wellness solution in Australia and one day, worldwide This role gives you exposure to many different career journeys, to ensure you can find your true creative passion

**What you will do?**:

- Conceptualising and supporting the creative team to produce advertising concepts across our Meta, YouTube and TikTok channels.
- Support creative solutions for brand marketing and campaigns.
- Concept and develop multiple creative ideas that effectively respond to our brand strategy
- Building out creative decks for presentations to the broader business and community.
- Supporting the production of photography and videography shoots, e.g., sourcing props, talent and helping to ensure shoot days run smoothly.

**Requirements**:

- Background in social media, and experience working across multiple brands.
- Degree in communication, advertising, or media.
- Ad school certification e.g., AWARD, Design School or Miami Ad School is preferable.
- Knowledge of social media advertising and the social media / pop cultural landscape.
- Experience concepting and developing multiple creative ideas that effectively respond to a brand strategy.
- Desire to improve creative skills through applied feedback and mentorship.
- Experienced in collaborative projects and exceptional communication skills across cross-functional teams.
- Genuine interest in creative marketing/advertising.
- And of course, a big love for DOGS
