Are you a winner? Are you a vibrant, outgoing and hungry team player who loves styling? We have an exciting career opportunity for an Area Manager to help lead our team from the front. As a TAROCASH Area Manager you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring you and your team are consistently delivering the SHARP customer experience
- Leading from the front by driving store and area sales
- winning
- Coaching and developing Store Managers and team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Constantly succession plan to build a team of high-level Managers; Assistant Managers and casuals.
- Developing Store Managers to recruit, develop and retain exceptional team members perfectly matched to the TAROCASH culture.
- Consistently maintaining store operations and standards through Store Managers and team, with regards to merchandising and management.
- Complying with, and being fully conversant in, all operational aspects of the Tarocash retail business, both at area and store level.
- Ensuring all internal and external security procedures are observed, maintained and delivered.
- Assisting the State Manager with the opening of new and refurbished stores.
- Stocktakes are being completed within allocated times and complete accuracy is ensured.
- Cash handling and banking is monitored and maintained to ensure variances are reported and minimised, and banking is deposited as required.
- Ensuring that all controllable expenses are managed within company guide lines.
- Planning time effectively, ensuring adequate time is spent reaching all stores within your area of responsibility with all Store Managers and team members in store, as per the Store Visit structure.
- Ensuring effective stock management through adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Actively leading your team to greater achievement and accomplishment through inspiring leadership in delivering results.
- Representing Tarocash with professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Ensuring that there is appropriate verbal and written communication with your State Manager, head office as required and your store teams.
