Our client, a leading NSW-based allied health provider, is seeking a Team Leader in Sydney, NSW.

**About The Position**: We are seeking an inspirational leader to take on the pivotal role of guiding a team of dedicated rehabilitation consultants. In this position, you will not only lead, mentor, and coach consultants to unlock their full potential but also play a key role in fostering a collaborative and positive team culture. Your responsibilities will extend to closely collaborating with the executive management team to identify and implement strategic process improvements aimed at enhancing overall team efficiency. Additionally, you will actively monitor performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct thorough performance evaluations and file reviews. **Key Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy are essential
- Full AHPRA registration or ESSA accreditation
- Valid drivers license and comprehensively insured vehicle
