This position would give you the opportunity to work with an industry leading partner who has been recognised in Best Lawyers® Australia
- Commercial, Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions Law. The National Corporate team work with both domestic and international, private and public companies meaning you will gain exposure to a wide variety of matters.

We are seeking a third
- or fourth-year law student who has a passion for corporate law including corporate transactions, corporate governance, funds management and securities law. This role will require a hardworking, organised and fast paced law clerk to assist this practice team ideally 2-3 days per week during their studies.

Your day-to-day role would see you development skills in:

- Drafting documents, letters and contracts to the specification as set by the supervisor
- Preparation of documents for clients
- Legal Research and Compliance
- Business Development

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this position, you will ideally;
- Be in your 3rd or 4th year of your law degree
- Possess exceptional organisational skills, time management and attention to detail
- Be self motivated and intuitive
- Be able to digest instructions quickly and produce simple answers to complex questions
