Our Logistics team is the engine room that makes it all happen. With a fleet of MR trucks, a huge warehouse of high-end furniture, and over 1,500 homes styled every year, we need experienced, elite-level removalists who are ready to take their skills to the next level.

This role is not for beginners. It’s not a warehouse job, and it’s not an office-based logistics coordinator role. This is for **top-tier, professional removalists** who already know how to run a truck, lead a crew, and deliver results - every single day. **THE ROLE: HIGH-PERFORMANCE REMOVALIST**

This is home staging. It's faster, more dynamic, and more client-facing than traditional removals. We work to tight deadlines, we install premium furniture into multi-million dollar homes, and the standard is high.

You’ll lead your own truck and crew, representing the Foxy brand at every job. You’ll be responsible for:

- Running full-stage and de-stage jobs around Brisbane, Gold Coast, and surrounds
- Loading, transporting, and installing furniture quickly and carefully
- Working directly with Stylists to bring each property to life
- Supervising junior team members and keeping the job on track
- Making decisions on the fly, solving problems, and keeping calm under pressure
- Maintaining high presentation standards - for both yourself and the truck

**WHO YOU ARE**:
You're already great at this. You’ve worked in removals or furniture logistics and know what a hard day’s work looks like. You don’t need micromanaging. You lead from the front and keep your crew moving.

We’re looking for someone with:

- **Minimum 2-3 years experience in professional removals**:

- **A Medium Rigid (MR) license - required**:

- **Team leadership or crew management experience**:

- Confidence, pace, and attention to detail
- Strong physical fitness (you’ll be lifting daily)
- Excellent customer service and clear communication
- A proactive, can-do attitude - even when the pressure’s on
