My client is a premium optical brand currently with a job vacancy for a Senior Assistant Store Manager to join their Castle Towers team. This is a global brand, well known for their customer satisfaction, one of the leading optical companies and currently growing in the Australian retail market.

**The role**:

- Assistant Store Manager to lead the team at Bondi
- Oversee the sales budgets, store financials & inventory
- Inspire your team to deliver an outstanding experience to each and every customer
- Develop your teams skills through leadership & guidance

**About you**:

- Currently working as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
- Experience in the fashion/homewares/medium format retail sector
- Energetic and naturally inspirational
- A great communicator and highly adaptable
