**Currently seeking a Delivery Driver Coordinator Perth**

**Monday - Friday 10am-6pm**

**Ideal Experience**
- Experience in professional supply chain and logistics or e-commerce experience is highly valued.
- Fleet allocation / transport management experience
- Professional communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

**What you'll be doing**
- **Allocate drivers to our Pet Circle vehicles to service both transactional and subscription customers in the most efficient and customer-focused way.**:

- **Route and allocate driver runs to ensure our customer expectations are met (balancing both our customer experience and fleet density goals in line with business objectives)**:

- **Liaise with fulfilment team on any return or replacement orders.**:

- **Liaise with sortation team in relation to sorting/staging/loading vehicles for drivers.**:

- **Monitor the daily progress of deliveries and returns and troubleshoot problems in the case of any problems, deviations or delays, providing real time support to drivers.**:

- **Liaise with customer service team on timely recovery for failed orders to ensure optimal customer experience.**:

- **Comfortable working closely with drivers, drawing feedback to glean opportunities for achieving operational improvements.**:

- **Drive compliance for maintaining health and safety of the drivers in line with COR.**:

- **Maintaining dock, thorough vehicle inspection during driver debrief and other ad hoc duties that the role may require.**
